All Levels Gentle Flow Yoga

The session is designed to be inclusive, low-impact, and highly adaptable. It bridges the gap between the stillness of Restorative yoga and the intensity of a fast-paced Vinyasa class. The “All Levels” designation means that the instructor will provide a foundational shape for each pose and then offer “layers” or modifications to make it more accessible or more challenging.

Gentle Flow Yoga is a mindful yoga practice that moves with your breath, guiding your body through flowing poses with ease. It enhances flexibility, strength, and mobility while helping to reduce stress, improve focus, and support mental resilience.

This session is scheduled early enough to avoid late-night fatigue but late enough for post-work energy release, and works well for families who want to join, making it accessible for veterans, first responders, and their loved ones.
