Radiant Hero’s Foundation was founded by Olena Steinmetz — a military spouse, a mother of three, and a woman who has lived the full depth of what it means to serve alongside those who serve our Nation. Over more than fifteen years navigating deployments, relocations, and the quiet sacrifices that military family life demands, Olena experienced firsthand the gaps in support that too many military and first responder families face. Rather than look away, she chose to build something better.

What began as one family’s journey through challenge, resilience, and healing has grown into a mission to serve the families who give so much — and are so often forgotten. Radiant Hero’s Foundation exists to provide holistic retreats rooted in yoga therapy and therapeutic practices, offering Military and First Responder Families a sacred space to breathe, restore, and reconnect — with themselves and with each other.

Olena is honored to be joined by her partner in life as her partner in purpose — together leading this foundation with shared conviction, lived experience, and deep love for the families who serve.

Together, Olena and Adam have lived the mission they are now dedicated to advancing. They know the weight of deployment and the gift of reunion. They understand what families need — not because they studied it, but because they lived it. And they believe every Military and First Responder Family deserves the chance to heal, thrive, and feel radiant.

Olena and Adam don’t just believe in the power of retreat — they have lived it. Having personally attended over seven marriage retreats, they understand deeply how intentional time away, guided healing, and therapeutic practice can transform a relationship, restore a family, and renew the spirit. That personal journey is the blueprint for every retreat Radiant Hero’s Foundation creates.
